What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 15:00. Check-out is before 11:00.

When is breakfast and how much is it?

The Season buffet breakfast is 06:30-10:30. Adults NT$450+10%, children NT$300+10%.

When is dinner and how much is it?

The Season dinner is 17:30-21:00. Adults NT$980+10%, children NT$580+10%. Dinner is a buffet or set meal, as arranged on site.

How are children charged?

Height 115-150 cm or age 6 to under 12: child rate. Under 115 cm or under age 6: free.

Can I bring a pet?

Pets are not allowed in standard rooms. Please stay in a designated pet-friendly room. These are limited daily, so please book early by phone. Up to 2 pets per room, each under 30 kg.

How much is a pet stay?

NT$1,200 for the first pet and NT$800 for a second pet in the same room. A NT$3,000 deposit per room is refunded in full at check-out if there is no damage or stains.

Can pets enter the restaurants?

No. While you dine, your pet may wait in the B2 pet room.

Is there parking?

Free parking and public parking are available.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Guest rooms have free Wi-Fi.

When are the pool and hot spring pools open?

Mon, Tue, Thu-Sun 07:00-11:00 and 14:00-22:00; Wed 18:00-22:00. Swimwear is required. Please register at the Recreation Desk. Actual opening is subject to on-site conditions.

What is the hot spring temperature?

Pool 1: about 38-40°C, about 60 cm deep. Pool 2: about 40-42°C, about 55 cm deep. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent.

Is there a shuttle?

Please book at least 3 days before check-in. Zhiben Station: NT$150 per person one way, about 10 minutes. Taitung Station: NT$250 per person one way, about 30 minutes. Taitung Airport: NT$250 per person one way, about 30 minutes.
